Service and Sales Centre Suck! We had our first encounter with Capital Dodge when we wanted to buy a new truck. We told the sales guy what kind of truck we wanted and he told us th We had our first encounter with Capital Dodge when we wanted to buy a new truck. We told the sales guy what kind of truck we wanted and he told us that the truck we wanted didn't exist. Later that day we went to Londonderry Dodge and bought the truck that apparently didn't exist. I was told that dealerships run their sales and service departments separately so I thought I would give the service department a try. The first time I took the vehicle in for service I didn't have an issue. I recently took my Dodge in for a recalled part and servicing where I asked them to look at some bubbling around the top of the liner of my truck and the brake light. When I returned I was told that the liner had been repaired and covered under warranty. I got home to find that the liner was never touched. When I contacted Dodge to ask them about it they said there was confusion as to what I wanted done and that they fixed another area of the liner instead. When I dropped off the truck I physically walked the service guy over to the truck to show him exactly where the issue was and he also brought over another guy to inspect (this is because there was a question as to whether it would be covered under warranty or not)...So tell me where the confusion is....? Dodge requested numerous amounts of repairs to be done on the truck I did not get those repairs completed at the time but went and had a second opinion done elsewhere while the majority of the repairs recommended were actually needing to be done. Dodge recommended my brakes be done and I was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I was also told that my rear axle seals were leaking...funny how Dodge forgot to mention that and also a coincidence that these parts are covered under warranty. Dodge quoted me $1700 for all my repairs, I paid $700 elsewhere to have them completed. A couple of days after my visit to Dodge my signal light at the back went out so my husband called to ask for a price on replacing the bulb, the guy told him that he could not just replace the bulb but would have to replace the entire casing and that would cost him $400. At this point he questioned how come a few days prior they were able to replace the brake light without changing the entire casing and it had cost $8 for the bulb. The guy replied saying he wasn't sure how they did that. My husband hung up with Capital Dodge and told me about this. I then called Capital Dodge and told them that my signal light was burnt out would I have to replace the entire casing or could I just replace the bulb, I was told I would only need to replace the bulb. Happy new jeep owner I bought my first jeep in 1996 and it served me well. But 18 years later I needed a new vehicle and let me tell you it was not going to be a jeep agai I bought my first jeep in 1996 and it served me well. But 18 years later I needed a new vehicle and let me tell you it was not going to be a jeep again . It was suppose to be a different car ,a Honda CRV. Exploring all my options I made a mistake of coming to your showroom and meeting a super friendly Stephanie Clarkson.....and all the Honda nonsense was forgotten .Stef was awesome: patient, very knowledgeable , not pushy , and somehow she convinced me that I want a jeep again. I just picked up a gift which was part of the deal and Stef was there all smiley and remembering all about us .You just want to hug the girl and invite her to the BBQ. But since the purchase I have had exceptional service. Unlike previous purchases where once you drive off the lot the dealer is done with you. Mike provided an amazing experience. His hard work and honest approach made this dealership an easy choice. He worked hard to find me the perfect truck! He was willing to dig out(literally) several trucks from the snow to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.
