Kurt was always easy to get into touch with and he always called back as soon as possible to answer my concerned questions. He was then able to get me into a brand new dodge 2013 truck within a timely manner. The fact that he took the time to understand i wasn't happy and worked hard to make me happy overall was a great experience. Im so happy now with my newer vehicle and still to this day I've been helped by him in any concerns or questions i need. He makes his job fun and always has a smile on his face. Joyful Journey This was our second experience at Capital Dodge, but this was out very first New Car Purchase. We fell in love with Kelvin about 18 months earlier, This was our second experience at Capital Dodge, but this was out very first New Car Purchase. We fell in love with Kelvin about 18 months earlier, during our first experience when we purchased Jeepy (our amazing 2009 Jeep Compass, whomever has her now she is amazing and I hope she brings you as much joy as she brought us <3 ) So when Kelvin called the other week his voice made me smile, so I thought maybe it was time to head back to the dealer and have a conversation about maybe getting in to a new vehicle . So on Friday June 6th we headed to Capital to have our chat. Kelvin was so wonderful when it came to listening to our needs and wants, getting a true feel on which vehicle would bring us the most joy. He always makes us feel involved and at home in the dealership, never once did we feel pressured. We were walked through the whole process and we were always dealt with kindness and compassion. We completed all the paperwork on that Friday and we drove away with our new car the next afternoon. And that is how our beautiful 2014 Dodge Journey SXT came into being. I will tell you Kelvin was right on the money with what would bring us joy, this vehicle meets all our needs and so much more. Sales Good Pick Up So So Kelvin did an excellent job in meeting my needs and finding a vehicle that met our needs. He was supportive and stayed after hours to make sure the financing and the sale went through as planned. The problems I experienced in picking up the vehicle were not entirely his fault and since he was on a day off he was not available to assist me. While Kelvin was reluctant to set up the initial pickup time the person arranging the financial end of the transaction promised the vehicle at a given time. The vehicle was not ready and we were forced to spend an additional day in Edmonton and lost a day of work in addition to the cost of the hotel and meals. If we had known before hand that it would take longer we could have made alternate arrangements. There was also a problem in that the person who helped us was unaware of some of the items Kelvin had promised us. Having said the above I have purchased 3 vehicles from Capital Dodge. I believe that is a good dealership and will continue to give them first chance when shopping for a vehicle. More
