Horrible experience and follow-up with Management First, we had some issues with the blind spot sensor, had to take the van in on 3 different occassions. Each time they told me it was fixed and it ha First, we had some issues with the blind spot sensor, had to take the van in on 3 different occassions. Each time they told me it was fixed and it had to go back; this took place between Jan and February of 2014. During one of the 3 visits we asked them to look at the rear stow and go which was clicking and wouldn't go down. On the 3rd visit they wrote on the bottom of the invoice "confirmed customers complaints, please return at a later date for servicing". The service rep told me that the technician was so "tired of looking at the van that he didn't want to look at it this time". So, in May of 2014 my husband made an appointment for the stow and go, he went to Capital, was advised by the service rep that our warranty had expired in February. My husband explained that we had purchased extended warranty and the rep informed him that he needed the warranty number before they'd book it in. So, he drove to the dealership we purchased the vehicle from for the number. At this time we were so annoyed that when the other dealership offered to fix it he dropped it off. When all was said and done we had a bill from the other dealership for $1,200. When I was informed of this I pulled our or original invoice from Capital to see when they had confirmed the problem and sent us away; it was in February prior to warranty expiring. My husband stopped by Capital and spoke with Hugh MacLean the service manager, he was un-accomodating and borderline rude at one point saying "well you should have contacted me before going somewhere else" and gave of the air of not caring. The following Friday we still hadn't heard back from him so my husband called to follow up and was informed that Hugh hadn't heard back from Chrysler. It's now been TWO WEEKS and we still haven't even received so much as a phone call. We are still waiting to hear back from him, unbelievable disappointed in the outcome and wouldn't wish this headache on anyone else. STAY AWAY! More
