He very well coordinated with the finance department and service department to ensure the paperwork was in place on time, and that the vehicle met all the meets and standards before our pick up. More

Service Department - Is pathetic - lacks service. I have not had any quick or timely help with servicing of my truck. First time I went for a oil change in their "QUICK LUBE" it took 3 hours. As t I have not had any quick or timely help with servicing of my truck. First time I went for a oil change in their "QUICK LUBE" it took 3 hours. As they have not sure on the proper process to change oil on my Dodge Ram Eco Diesel truck. Then my check engine light comes on 1 month later, I bring it in after making an appointment. Day one they have the truck for 10 hours just to tell me they do not have the part (sensor) and I will need to bring it back tomorrow. Day two- I bring it back the next day for 10 hours and they tell me that they just realized that they need another part (Sensor) and I need to bring it back tomorrow. Day 3 - I return and they have it for 10 hours and tell me I can't have it back as they took it apart and they don't have the right part (sensor). They do give me a loaner at this time but my truck has our car seats in it for our children and we do not live in city. Day 4 - They call me to let me know that they ordered the wrong sensor. I still have not received my vehicle back and I don't know if I ever will. If this is warranty work, I would hate to see how they treat a old vehicle. At this rate it would have been quicker for me to go on you tube try to figure out what wrong and do it myself. The guy on the phone tries but it does not matter as I don't care, I just need my vehicle. They should start paying my monthly car payment if they are going to keep it any longer. I have already missed hours of work on this as well. It is a $60K + vehicle that I cannot get serviced or oil changed and I only have 15000 km on it. If I can't get good service soon, I am going to call a competitor to try and get out from this loan and buy a vehicle that I can get serviced. More

Pleasant surprise. I was looking at a couple different dealerships for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, for the purpose of towing a travel trailer. From my first visit to Capital, I was looking at a couple different dealerships for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, for the purpose of towing a travel trailer. From my first visit to Capital, until my fifth(when I purchased), Steph was very attentive, and helpful. She was also incredible when dealing with my 6yr old daughter. When my first choice of vehicle had sold, Steph was very patient, and informative in her explanations of other choices. I felt educated, and assured at every point during the buying process. I ended up purchasing the Dodge Ram 1500 Sport, and am very happy with choice. Thanks Steph! More

I am very happy to say that I visited this dealership and I was not pressured at all. Rob Chakkal introduce himself in a very friendfly manner. He is just like a friend telling you the pros and cons of some of the vehicle that we got interested to. He gave us different options and he did not push us to buy at that very moment. Me and husband like his service very much. In addition, he gave us a very good deal so we can't resist. I am extremely recommending this dealership and I am very happy to say that the sales advisor is very accommodating and helped us from the start of purchasing our vehicle until the very last day. After some discussion all were satisfied with what we were looking for. Jason our sales rep was very friendly, open and above all genuine. He was able to set our minds at ease and answer our many questions. He and Shawn were able to guide us through the transition of buying a new vehicle. Would we recommend Capital,Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Yes we would. Would we recommend a salesman in particular, indeed we would....Jason Forsey was professional, friendly and above all knew his stuff. He was there for us throughout. He ushered us over to Natalia, who was able guide us through financing our vehicle. Again another friendly, knowledgeable professional doing her job in a manner, that made it easy for us to wrap our heads around another transition. Careless Business Practice I was not impressed for being called back to the dealership a second time to help meet a month end quota and sadly still walk away with no deal. The dealership was negligent to perform an exhaustive search for the vehicle that I was looking for and again they presented me with options that I was not interested in or options that did not have the right packages. I really feel that the sales person tried to talk to me into options that I did not want just to make a sale. A waste of my time even though the dealership originally contacted me based on my add for a new car on Kijiji. Needless to say I'm still in the market for a new car but will not be returning to this dealership nor, do I recommend that anyone else do business here. More

They listened and went way above to make things work out in every way. We all know that buying a new vehicle is a long and painful exercise but both of these guys made the process so enjoyable. It was a true joy to go into the dealership and go through the process. In fact, even after my purchase my vehicle they still provide me with the same happy/exceptional service and they are truly happy to help out and answer your questions and get what you need. Usually when you buy the vehicle the saleman is off and could care less about you and your vehicle. Can't say enough about how great these two made the process. Absolutely...amazing guys that are willing to go above and beyond. More

Tried to charge me 6hrs to change glow plugs .Went elsewhere was charged 1.5 hrs. Kept on phoning me sending crap in mail. Asked them to stop they would not until I phoned chrysler canada. The last 3 vehicles ive owned have been chryslers , next one wont be . Not a good way to keep customers. More
