Kelvin called to see if I got my new van and how I liked driving it. Mike worked with me to get a price I could afford and to find a van that had the features I needed. There was no high pressure sales pitch to try to get me to purchase a more expensive vehicle and I appreciated that. Dan explained the payment schedules and the interest charges over the various terms and made the financing portion of the deal work for my budget. I purchased my new van from my home using the computer, the phone and the scanner. I never had to drive to Edmonton to sign papers or take in my trade. Again, an excellent person to deal with all your financial questions. She explained every avenue of the financial process and if there was a question I had that she wasn't able to answer...she found the answer. The financial person I went thru when purchasing the extra warranty for my vehicle was Anthony Adeniken. Alexandra was off that day so Anthony stepped in. He's also extremely knowledgeable and very personable. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing my vehicle. Kelvin and Taurean worked diligently to ensure I was not only happy with the vehicle I chose as far as options, etc., but price was also a concern as I was on a limited budget. Beyond the welcoming atmosphere that awaits you at Capital Jeep....you may also be lucky (like I was) to take a visit in their "Gift Room"...I have a 9 year old son that was ok with the new/used vehicle Mummy bought but was over the moon when I brought home a new XBox 360 (compliments of Capital Jeep) All of my service work will be done with Capital Jeep as I know that my very positive experience will not stop with the Sales/Financial Team. There were obstacles, as with any major purchase, but the team of Taurean, Kelvin, Alexandra and Anthony, worked hard in getting me what I wanted at a price I could afford.
