Never Again! Bought a Journey last January. Smooth sales talk by "Money Mike" and soon we were hooked . A certified used vehicle ,so we were told. We agreed on a 6 Bought a Journey last January. Smooth sales talk by "Money Mike" and soon we were hooked . A certified used vehicle ,so we were told. We agreed on a 60 months financing term which was quietly changed to 72 months to accommodate their premium used car guarantee. We were told that the vehicle would be ready in a couple days,but when we went to pick it up,after 5 days,it was not completely ready. 1 hour after I arrived,the car was finally ready. Barely legal all season tires were quickly replaced with new winter tires. My cost? $640 installed. Two weeks later the battery was dying. called Money Mike. He said the dealer is not responsible and cost me another $100 to change. A few months later the power steering hose started leaking. The guarantee covered roughly half the cost of the repair. Another $175 out of my pocket. Certified used car with a premium used car guarantee? Yeah right....how I would love to give back this car and get my money back. Capital Jeep Dodge Chrysler? Absolutely no pressure though, and that's exactly the reason I went back and ended up buying a new truck. Any questions I had where answered honestly, and Taurean was very helpful in my final purchase . The finance team also worked hard and was able to get me a much better rate than I anticipated. Hard to find service like this nowadays, I look forward to doing repeat business in the future! More
