When I bought my truck from your dealership, I had asked if it was ever involved in a collision. The sales person said no. After someone pulling up the correct car fax it shows that it was in a 6000 dollar collision. If this is how you conduct business then your dealership should no longer be in business. Tricking a customer into a quick sale is not fair or ethical. I will never be coming back. More

I was having trouble just after Christmas with a 2014 vehicle that had been purchased elsewhere and couldn't get service on it until well into January 2015. This was an answer I got over and over - I started going down the list in the yellow pages for Chrysler dealers until I called Capital and they made an instant appointment for me. Arrived on Sunday evening, thinking I would leave my vehicle outside a fellow came along just as they were locking up and told me to drive it in. This fellow was Mike and the rest is history. Never have I dealt with people that actually did care about the customer - their shuttle service was wonderful as well and the coffee great. Sorry that I cannot remember all the names of the employees that helped me but you all deserve a big pat on the back. More
