Making large financial decisions are stressful no matter how excited you are about what you are purchasing. Sales staff are just one more thing between you and your new vehicle. That's what makes finding sales people who take the time to show you your options and give you time to make these decisions all the more important. Chris Spurr and Alexandra Yun are such people. Just great to deal with! This is by no means my first time dealing with sales staff, but possibly the most easy going experience. Believe it or not I've been asked to leave a down payment on a vehicle I haven't seen or been told the final price on it with no other options being shown to me. It's experiences like that make me dread going to dealers, which is unfortunate when it doesn't need to be that way. More
