Forced to bring my vehicle to the dealership for a recall. Dropped off no problem but no service loaners offered, only a very inconvenient shuttle. Throughout the day there was no communication and wh recall. Dropped off no problem but no service loaners offered, only a very inconvenient shuttle. Throughout the day there was no communication and when I attempted to find out a timeline or what was going on there was no response on text and I was promised to be called back which never happened. Eventually at the very end of the day they called to say they couldn’t be bothered to even start it and would need to keep in until the next day, again with no availability of a loaner vehicle. The next day there was also no communication and I was out through to service only for it to ring forever and then reroute to another person who had bonuses what I was taking about and then I was promised another call back that never happened. I tried calling again closer to the end of the day and finally someone answered but had no idea what I was calling about after I already gave the previous person all my info and coincidentally it was done but I couldn’t pick it up because she “wanted to finish some paperwork first” so I had to wait. All the while the person who handles the texts messaged me back a day behind and then text me again the after I picked it up letting me know they’d look into if it was ready. Just a joke. More
