I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent oil change and inspection service I received on December 11th at your location. The experience was unprofessional, concerning, and ultimat the recent oil change and inspection service I received on December 11th at your location. The experience was unprofessional, concerning, and ultimately unsafe. I observed several critical errors and a lack of proper supervision: 1. Brake Caliper Readings: The service report indicated a brake caliper reading of 10mm. When their supervisor questioned how they obtained this reading given the vehicle's rim style—which requires wheel removal—the mechanics admitted they guessed the measurement. This misrepresentation of safety-critical data is unacceptable. 2. Oil Refill Negligence: After the oil was drained, the three mechanics stated the service was complete and asked me to move the vehicle forward. I stopped the process because I clearly saw the new oil had not yet been added to the engine. I informed the supervisor that I would not start the vehicle until the oil was properly refilled, preventing a potentially catastrophic engine failure. 3. Billing Error: The original cost for the oil change and cabin filter was $231.66. When the payment terminal was presented, the total charge was $892.01. This incorrect total included $786.66 for recommended future services that were neither discussed nor rendered. I also noted that the three mechanics appeared confused and lacked direction, particularly struggling to remove the cabin air filter for inspection. Given the significant safety risks and billing issues encountered during this service, I am thoroughly disappointed. I request a response outlining the steps you will take to address these serious operational and safety failures. More
Service was really quick and always polite and forthcoming on what they have completed with your service. Only thing I would suggest that when they are done they don’t leave grease handprints on t forthcoming on what they have completed with your service.
