Wrong coverage information was provided to me from the Service Dept over the phone for my tire repair, and I drove across town with an appointment to only to find out I actually had to pay. Kirstin looked into the issue and made a decision to go ahead with the repair and not charging me and fixed the problem. That wouldn't have been a huge bill but I appreciate what Kirstin did for me and that says a lot about how Capital treats their clients. Randi Westhaver was also superb and kind.
