The team at Capilano Audi right off the bat went to work to get me the best available price and even get refunds for warranties on my written off vehicle that were technically not permitted based on the contract. I truly felt like we were on the same team, and I felt like they listened to my concerns and the things that were important to me. It was refreshing to have such an honest deal in an industry that has its fair share of shady players. More

Great dealing with Bobby and Tim, both friendly and informative. 10x better than the sales people and manager of Langley Audi who wasted my time and wanted to charge me to fix damage on a CPO vehicle including a 6" x 12" patch of mood under the trunk liner. I've heard and read online that Capilano Audi is the only dealership in the lower mainland to deal with and I couldn't agree more. More
