My service experience has been great as well. I went to another dealership closer to me for my first service, but switched to Capilano Audi for the remaining services based on my great sales experience. I have had all services there since. I seem to always be able to get in on short notice, and Desmond proactively provides me with all the information I need about the service. The shuttle service is prompt and very flexible. It was like driving a new car home with the exceptional work done to service and clean the car. Desmond also carefully explained why all of the gaskets in my engine had to be replaced in my next service. This is my first Audi as I had been driving Volvo vehicles for many years and I had not realized that the gaskets had to be replaced around the 150,000 mile mark. Nevertheless Desmond spent a lot of time going over the details and explaining why the extensive repair was necessary. It does sound like a big job, Desmond is now working on a date for this repair.
