Awesome service & personnel I purchased a Chev Colorado and my first contact was Juan Lopez who provided me with the information needed to. I was from out of town and all commun I purchased a Chev Colorado and my first contact was Juan Lopez who provided me with the information needed to. I was from out of town and all communication was by phone or text. He turned me over to Mrs. Lachin Ounchi who contacted me by phone and provided further particulars about the vehicle. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. Subsequently an agreement was reached. I arrived at the dealership the following morning, an hour earlier than expected. The truck was already in the wash bay with the final touches being made by the detail employee whom I must say was very pleasant and professional. The truck came out in pristine condition. Mrs. Ounchi suggested a test drive and accompanied us to explain the features of the truck. All the paperwork was ready and waiting for me. Andrew Ballantyne completed the normal paperwork for the transaction. He was very patient and understanding. My interaction with the staff at this dealership was awesome More

Top Shelf Service They are on top of service, as they continually follow up with texts, emails, and phone calls before your appointment, during and after to ensure that They are on top of service, as they continually follow up with texts, emails, and phone calls before your appointment, during and after to ensure that you are fully aware of what is happening to you vehicle. What is crazy is that they also send their extended warranty sales team after you and also their sales team to try and get you into a new car. It is a very smart setup and not too intrusive, but shows that this deanship has their stuff together, it is kind of a nice service. The service rep explains everything in detail, so you understand and know where you have to spend or not spend on your repair. I have another Audi dealership two blocks from my office in Kits and have had nothing but issues with them, so it is a breath of fresh air to head to Cap even though it is in NV. The other plus is they have an E Tron shuttle with a cool mature dude driving. Only thing I would change would be the service waiting lounge, not too cozy or private. Thx Cap More
