Awesome service & personnel I purchased a Chev Colorado and my first contact was Juan Lopez who provided me with the information needed to. I was from out of town and all commun I purchased a Chev Colorado and my first contact was Juan Lopez who provided me with the information needed to. I was from out of town and all communication was by phone or text. He turned me over to Mrs. Lachin Ounchi who contacted me by phone and provided further particulars about the vehicle. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. Subsequently an agreement was reached. I arrived at the dealership the following morning, an hour earlier than expected. The truck was already in the wash bay with the final touches being made by the detail employee whom I must say was very pleasant and professional. The truck came out in pristine condition. Mrs. Ounchi suggested a test drive and accompanied us to explain the features of the truck. All the paperwork was ready and waiting for me.
