The car was in great shape, detailed and I took over the Factory-Backed Limited Warranty with a total coverage of 6 years or 160,000 kilometres. There were some issues regarding the tires on my 2015 Audi SQ5 Certified Pre-Owned, but the General Manager, Sales Managers and Service Manager attended to my concerns and ordered new tires from Toronto at no extra cost. For my safety, they lent me new tires for 10 days until the new tires arrive, so I could continue driving to Whistler, Mount Baker, and Seattle. I love driving my Audi and should have purchased one years ago. She hugs the road, purrs like a kitten and demands respect! I'm so glad I bought another German vehicle and added a "S" in front of my Q5. Great service and knowledgeable employees, and I highly recommend the Capilano Audi Dealership in North Vancouver. By the time I got back I knew that this was the car for me. 3 days later I showed up to pick uo the car and the business dept. Had my financing set up and my car insured and I was out the door.
