New headlight LED bulb Fixed the bulb while I waited, took the amount of time they said it would, car was washed and vacuumed (sorry about all the pine needles). Emergency replacement of one tire on 2018 Audi S5 Sportback Nail puncture rendered my right rear tire unrepairable. This somewhat specialized tire was replaced in less than half a day. Each individual involved went above and beyond to make this experience over the top. Most importantly Derek Lau the general manager saw to it that when my wife's previous lease of her vehicle was up and we returned her vehicle to Acura... that he had a replacement vehicle ready for us to use until the vehicle we had ordered arrived. This was a month and half later and the vehicle loaner he gave us was slightly better then the one we had ordered...first class all the way!! Thank you Derek!! You can get an Audi from any Audi dealership but at Capilano Audi not only do you get a great car you are treated exceptionally well. Won't go anywhere else! Chris and Jacquie More
