Jordan was able to arrange all paperwork and registration/insurance to be completed on the day that I signed, so I could drive home with the truck same-day - this saved me the extra trip back and forth from Calgary to pick up the 1500 and was a HUGE timesaver! The only reason I didn't give a 5star was a lengthy wait time for the financial side of things, not Jordan's fault. More

Thank You Dean and Pavla I had contacted Dean and he offered to drive me to the dealership as I did not have a vehicle at all. He was great to deal with , very friendly and understanding to my situation. He explained several different ways I could get into a new vehicle or a used if that was the better way for me to go. Once at the dealership I was greeted by the New car manager Dan, the GM Ryan and then introduced to the finance manager Pavla. She was awesome, and helpped me so much in understanding all my options and we looked at the best way I could finance a vehicle. Once we had and idea Dean then showed me a truck that was everything i wanted plus it had a few other fun things like Heated seats !! Pavla worked with the financing and I bought my truck. I have heard so many bad stories from friends when buying vehicles and i was soo happy the way I was treated. This was such a fun enviroment to in and you could see everyone was having fun, i sure did. I want the thank Dean and Pavla for making my first time car buying experiance such a fun and positive one.
