This is a real unfortunate review and one that is subject to interpretation. This review is written several months after the service. The client was contacted and agreed that it was possible that someone possibly was attempting to steal the rims, thus leaving all lug nuts loose on the rear. It is impossible to drive a vehicle for 5-6 months and NOT feel a wicked vibration on the vehicle or a wheel not falling off within hours or a day. This vehicle does NOT come in for maintenance and is extremely unfortunate to label us as negligent and we would risk someone's life. The client and I discussed this at length and this review was written before we ever got to speak. Unfortunate for us, but, we have to take the good reviews with the bad. That's business....We are truly sorry this client "believes" their experience was due to our negligence.
