Service was slow. I was told my oil change and complimentary car wash would be 1.5 hours. I waited at the dealership as I assumed it would be as quick as I was told. There was no communication as to why it was taking so long. The only update I received was that there was a software update they were completing, but I was told this at the 2 hours mark. I waited another hour after that before my keys were returned. Not a good first experience. More

I asked them to replace foglight because of moisture in them. They suggested cleaning of fog light cleaning package, instead of replacing.
