I had a very disappointing experience with Hyundai. After only 3 years, my car stopped working. I took it to a Hyundai service center, where they diagnosed a dead battery. Hyundai informed me that my After only 3 years, my car stopped working. I took it to a Hyundai service center, where they diagnosed a dead battery. Hyundai informed me that my battery was dead and recommended a replacement. The point is this: I paid more than 760 dollars to replace the battery of a car that was only 3 years old, even though many batteries companies offer a 5-year warranty on their batteries. The question I would like Hyundai to answer for me is: Why should my next car be a Hyundai and not another car brand? More
The quality of the service was excellent. I waited in the lounge until my service is done. My advisor came to me for couple of suggestions and changes that I might need to do for the car. Compared to Kitchener Hyundai, the customer service was very poor. Did not get a greeting when entering the service garage. Shuttle was not booked, when it was pre arranged when appointment was booked. Shu very poor. Did not get a greeting when entering the service garage. After vehicle was done and went in to pay, ladies at the front desk were not attentive, one reading a book, the other on their cellphone. The invoice was not discussed and reviewed, and I was I was not told where my vehicle was parked. Very disappointed. Kitchener Hyundai is like a red carpet vip customer service experience comparative! This was my first and last time going to Cambridge Hyundai. More
