Top Notch, Experienced, Friendly ....and oh so patient :) I came in for a service and walked out with a brand new 2017 Elantra! This is my 3rd purchase from Cambridge Hyundai. I had no intention of purchasi I came in for a service and walked out with a brand new 2017 Elantra! This is my 3rd purchase from Cambridge Hyundai. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle, since the 2013 Elantra that I had was perfect. However walking around the show room while I was waiting for service. The 2017 Elantra caught my eye. Amanda Rose a salesperson who happen to be right in front of me asked me if she could help( there was never any pressure ) I told her I was just curious HAVE NO DESIRE TO BUY A NEW CAR--I didn't want to waste her time--she told me I wasn't wasting her time--she handed me a set of keys and told me to go for a test drive-so I did. Came back she worked out some numbers and information--and boy was I surprised --WHAT A GREAT DEAL! Amanda was so amazing to work with--we ended up chatting for a bit and before I knew it I was signing for a new car. Mary Young and Kyle Erwin Wheeler also helped me with that paper work. Not once did these woman make me feel pressured into anything. As a matter of fact I had a oh oh moment when I picked up the car ( my fault --I didn't realize what the 3M coating was)--right away Kylee was --do not worry we will fix it--and fix it they did--came back a few days later and I did my happy dance out in the parking lot! and most definitely would recommend Cambridge Hyundai--ask for Amanda BTW thanks for the popcorn and wine!
