They were all This was my very first Hyundai purchase. The people I dealt with on the vehicle purchase were Gerry Santos, Mary Young and Paul Walia. They were all awesome to deal with. Gerry was the salesman who was great and very personable. I felt at ease in dealing with him. Mary looked after the financial paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. She kept in touch with me about when the vehicle would be ready. Paul looked after the final documentation as Mary was away on holidays when I returned to pick it up. All in all it was a great experience with Cambridge Hyundai. Thanks again to everyone there. I would highly recommend this dealership if looking for a Hyundai vehicle. Very pleasant staff. More

I felt like a valued customer, as some places see a young women and won't waste their time. The 2012 Elantra was sold but I was told there was more that had just come in. I came in the next day and was able to take home; overnight a 2011 Elantra that I ended up buying. I'm so thankful to everyone at Cambridge Hyundai for all their help and support in finding me my car. More

The incompetence of this dealership has astounded me If I could put a negative star I would have. I first bought my car in April or May of this year. This was the only time I received good customer se If I could put a negative star I would have. I first bought my car in April or May of this year. This was the only time I received good customer service from the Cambridge Hyundai Dealership. When I bought my car I got two things included with the purchase, 4 free oil changes and rubber mats. The dealership didn't have the Matts so they ordered them in, they told me it would only take 2 weeks, which is completely understandable. To my dislike it took three months and my dad going in to demand to get them. Any time I had called in myself I was given the run around and never called back. Then when I got my first oil change I called in to book an appointment and was told with a dealership you don't need to book an appointment. So when I go in I called before to make sure it would be ready in time for me to leave to work, they told me it would take 15 min. When I get there I asked again and they said it would only take the 15 min. Once again this wasn't the case, the appointment took over an hour and I was late for work. Their explanation was simply that they were running behind and over booked. Funny how that wasn’t the situation when I arrived. The service man then tried to play it off that I was getting a free oil change because of the time delay, which is completely useless to me as it was free already. So next time I show up for my oil change they say I need to book an appointment. This company clearly does not train their employees properly if there is this much contradiction within six months of purchase. The appointments had been booked over a week away so my KM's are now over. I ended up booking an appointment for today (Wednesday November 25th 2015) and when I went in I was told I needed to pay for the oil change! And because the gentleman that financed my car wasn't in the office I was told that I would have to pay. I refused because I've already had so many problems with them. They did give me an offer to pay and then be refunded at a later date but my trust in this dealership is already gone so I didn’t trust them with any more of my money. So because I am a young girl and I am not very intimidating I called my father once again as he is able to handle them. My father talked to OJ who has been the only good customer service I have received since the purchase of my car. OJ took 20 min and found where it stated I would be getting the four free oil changes. The incompetence of this dealership has astounded me. The service technicians are too lazy to look into a situation so they result in wasting their customers’ time. Never again will I ever buy a Hyundai. I should have stuck with Dodge. If you are a young female I do not recommend this company. I have received nothing but the run around and complete disregard to my dissatisfaction with how this company operates. More
