I just recently traded in my Golf and was very skeptical of Hyundai's quality to tell you the truth coming from a German built car (Golf TDI). Since the day I test drove the 2014 Sante Fe Sport and the day I picked up the vehicle, I have been surprised and impressed by the level of detail Hyundai has taken in the car and the features that come with it. I quickly realized why there are so many Hyundai's driving around Cambridge! From the very first phone call, to picking up my car... the service has been outstanding! Syed was so personal, and attentive and was very thorough in finding the right car and deal for me. And he's quite new to the car selling world! Syed then had me speak to OJ to work out the small details on the deal.. I was still a bit hesitant, so OJ encouraged me to take the car home and really test drive it. I brought the car back 3 hours later, convinced that this was the car for me! I then met with Mary..... cannot say enough fabulous things about Mary! She really goes the extra mile.. even to the point of sending pics as your car is being prepped for you. the whole team made the car buying experience, wonderful! More
