Unfortunately, I have had one of the worst weeks possible...Last Sunday I buried my best friend/cousin and yesterday, my sister in...None of these two incidents were expected and out of my control...Please accept my sincerest aplogy for NOT being here. Hello Mark, I'm sorry for your loss. I very much understand and can appreciate the circumstances. I certainly would not hold that against you. If I were you, I would have also taken today off and shut down I do accept the apology. Ferd mentioned that he had arrived late and wasn't able to call to us, however, we did talk with him while we were there. We expressed our concerns to him in person regarding the points mentioned in our review. Ferd informed us that he will contact us back in 1 or 2 days to see what he could do for us to address our concerns. I am able to meet with you until about 4 PM today.
