I went to the dealership not thinking I would be getting a Hyundai, I wanted to rule them out so I could go get a Honda Fit! With Amanda's help in all aspects; from my needs for a vehicle along with the choice between leasing and purchasing she made the experience a pleasure. Amanda went above and beyond a "car salesperson" and I thank her for all the little things she did for making this a wonderful exciting time; instead of stressful and difficult. While Amanda was a huge part in making the car buying experience a great one, Kylee also made going through the financial part a breeze. I have not had a car loan in ten years so I was by no means looking forward to one now! Kylee answered all my question, put me at ease and went above and beyond her duties. Awesome Customer Service!! I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service ex I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service experience. Since then I have been getting my car serviced there and I am very happy with CH Service Department Team! They are so great to deal with! They are not too pushy, they know I'm on a budget and they will work with me and let me know what is important to get done on the car. I really appreciate that and will continue to go to them because I feel like I can trust them. Chris is so great to deal with, he has been the Service Advisor I have dealt with the most for the oil changes for the past few years. He is always so helpful and I really appreciate dealing with him. I have also dealt with Mike who is really great too! Tracy is so friendly and always makes me laugh, I appreciate the shuttle when my car will be a while. It's so awesome that they have such a great team who really provide the customer service that will keep their customers happy and keep coming back! Thank you! :) More
