Was struggling with the decision to scrap the car or invest in it. Ryan took the time to sit down with me and discuss the options, offering his industry related opinion after which I decided to proceed with the work. The car had to go in a couple of times for the diagnoses, initial work, then the big job. Each time I was met by Chris who walked me through what would be happening during that visit, then swiftly driven back to my office by Tracy - whom would also be there to pick me up from work at the end of the day, very good service and conversation. I was impressed during the major work that Chris invited me into the shop to see the work been carried out and to talk to the technician performing the job - allowed me to truly appreciate where the expense was, and get first hand information from the knowledgeable technician. I have always stayed away from dealerships for out of warranty work due to my views about the shop rate been higher than a normal mechanic. This experience however has really changed my view on this matter, and I will be returning (hopefully not anytime soon!) for any further work on the vehicle. More
