Quick, effective service at a very reasonable cost! I want to thank Chris Marson, Cambridge Hyundai, Service Advisor for a excellent service experience. I went in with the expectation of booking an app I want to thank Chris Marson, Cambridge Hyundai, Service Advisor for a excellent service experience. I went in with the expectation of booking an appointment to have my Remote Starter system reprogrammed because I have four remote starter transmitters and I could use only one. Chris received me and sensed that the problem might be minor. He tried the system himself and felt that at least two of the devices needed new batteries. He took those to Parts, replaced the batteries and came back to retest them. That got them working, but the remote starter still didn't operate the way I expected it to. He led me through the starting procedure with all four remote starter devices and verified that everything was working according to its design. A large part of the problem was with the way I was using the devices. All-in-all, he had two batteries replaced and spent almost 30 minutes with me explaining the whole remote starting process, and then only charged me $10.00. Wow!!!! This made me realize I can trust Cambridge Hyundai for fair and honest treatment. More

ANYBODY WOULD PAY $15000 FOR $8800 WORTH CAR. I DID ! I would have given a half star if there had an option. I bought a pre-owned 2012 Elantra from these guys in November 2017, and the selling price was $ I would have given a half star if there had an option. So those guys forced me to buy extended warranty and road side assistance with the car, convinced me like it was necessary, I paid $2600 and $800 respectively. In addition, $500 for documentation, $125 for licensing. They used the lack of my knowledge. So I paid $15000 in total. After two months, I involved in a collision, my car was total loss. I called for road side assistance, like 100 times. Nobody picked the call. I went to the dealer and asked to cancel my extended warranty and reimburse the money of road side assistance, as I did not get service when I was in need.I just got $8000 from my insurance company. I called Hyundai customer care, they said I am eligible for 80 percent refund of extended warranty. But this dealer does not provide it. I visited the dealer at least 20 times, faced total negligence. They confirmed that they can not help. SO, BE CAREFUL GUYS, STAY AWAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND SCHLUETER HYUNDAI IN WATERLOO. COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS BOUGHT CAR FROM THERE, GETTING GREAT SERVICE. More
