Hi Eldho, First and foremost, we are sorry to hear about your accident. Secondly, we certainly hope everyone is okay. In reference to your comments regarding being new to the Country, I assure you NOTHING could be further from the truth suggesting that we would take advantage of you being new to Canada. Approximately 80% of my staff are landed immigrants from other Countries including the Gentleman that assisted you in your car financing process. Suggesting someone FORCED you to do something is simply NOT accurate, the likelihood that he was persuasive and gave you good solid advice is more on point. The vehicle was a 2012 with no manufacturers warranty, so, by adding warranty, you were protecting yourself from added costs down the road. It is our job and (by law) our obligation to inform you of everything that you can add to the purchase. Had we NOT offered you this warranty and you had a claim and then countered with a claim that we did NOT offer you the protection, we could be on the hook. Next, if you placed a phone call to Hyundai Customer Care...They gave you INCORRECT information or you didn't provide them with the correct information. Under the Hyundai Protection Plan (Used Vehicles) there isn't a refund clause should there be a total loss. Lastly, the other fees you paid re: 800 and 599 are NOT our fees...Moreover, because of your financial situation, the bank that forwarded you the credit have these fees in place. We firmly believe we sold you the vehicle for the right price and also believe that the appropriate warranty was recommended and provided to you. What is making this entire scenario the way it is, is because of your misfortune of an accident. There were no complaints prior and you were happy. My Director of Sales reached out to assist you with your insurance company etc and also have you come back in so we could look at another avenue to assist in paying out your other loan. You told Gerry that you were going back to India for a month or two and would come back and either continue paying the loan or just pay the difference. We have always been here to help you sir. Finally, the employee you tagged in your review has never met you, ,perhaps this wqas done in error. Always open to discussion.,,Thank You...Mark
