They didn’t take the appropriate amount of time to explain what was in a report. Instead they just sent an email and expect us to be able to interpret the random codes within it. The staff are not as genuine and considerate as you would expect them to be. I purchased the premium extended warranty, had 2 issues found by my mechanic during a routine oil change, had my car brought in be expect them to be. I purchased the premium extended warranty, had 2 issues found by my mechanic during a routine oil change, had my car brought in because it’s all covered under warranty to have the mechanics tell me there is no findings. Paid the $100 which I should have not done and drove off the lot with the same noises and issues. I trusted this dealership, I had issues when I purchased the suv and now this was enough for me to never recommend them and move onto the dealership in the next city. I’m disappointed with the lack of support received. More
