This dealership is terrible. I’ve had a vehicle sold from out under me coming to this dealership. I’ve had service work where they drove. The car with the emergency brake on and I’ve had a vehicle sold from out under me coming to this dealership. I’ve had service work where they drove. The car with the emergency brake on and it took six hours to replace an emergency brake cable that I was told was one hour I called multiple times and I do not get a phone call back. I have missed a day of work because of them would highly not recommend doing any business with this dealership make the drive to KITCHENER or Guelph where customer service is appreciated and you’re treated like a valued customer instead of being ignored when you call. Customers beware I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership again never More

Our car broke down on the 401 and was towed to Cambridge Hyundai. Sierra from the Service Department was fantastic at keeping us informed, getting our vehicle fixed under warranty, and repaired and back to Hyundai. Unfortunately there were further problems and we had to bring the car back in again from out of town. Again Sierra was there to help, even arranging for a loaner vehicle for us while our vehicle was out of commission. I wish I could give her 10 stars out of 5!!! Even with unexpectedly having to return the vehicle for additional repairs, our first experience with Cambridge Hyundai was very positive. We are loyal Hyundai customers and will seriously consider this dealership even though they are over an hour away from us (with multiple Hyundai dealerships closer) when the time comes for us to buy our next vehicle(s).
