I got tire swap done and they haven't marked the tires they took off. So there is no way to know which tire was where. Same thing they did with the tire they put on. So no tire rotation done. Now one of the tires has worn out more than all others so need to change. Also they charge a lot for pair of brake rotors and pads. Almost 1000 which is 2x compared to local garages. Also very long wait for a tire swap and oil change. More than 3 hours. More
Did not call to confirm work being done on car, I requested a phone call. I called several times and was never able to speak to any body (voicemails were left). Car was released to my mom, she had a different last name and she isn’t on any of my information I provided for you, thankfully it was my mom, but you potentially gave my key/car to a potential stranger. The sales experience was excellent—I recently purchased a 2025 Palisade, and that process went smoothly. However, my first service visit was disappointing. While booking online was easy, my initial interaction with the service staff was unprofessional. It seems like they take turns with customers and the service advisor did not appear happy to deal with me. Though they eventually got things sorted, the experience was not reassuring. I waited about an hour for a simple oil change, only to discover when I got home that my car had been left in unacceptable condition. Grease was smeared on the steering wheel, center console, and door handle, meaning the technician handled my vehicle with dirty hands and failed to clean up afterward. Rather than wasting more of my time returning to complain, I had to clean the mess myself. This lack of care and respect for a customer’s property is inexcusable. The technician and service advisor should have ensured the vehicle was returned in the same condition it arrived. Given that this was my first service experience with this dealership, I’m now questioning whether I’ll return if this is the standard they uphold. More
