Steering RAck replacement I had been fighting with Ford, Cam Clarke and another dealer for the replacement of the steering rack. After 3 dealers, wrong diagnosis, replacement o I had been fighting with Ford, Cam Clarke and another dealer for the replacement of the steering rack. After 3 dealers, wrong diagnosis, replacement of other parts, I finally made a dal the Alec of Can Clarke to replace the rack for $500.00. Apparently Ford kicked in, The dealer kicked in, nd I was stuck for the $500.00, for an item that is definetly a defect in Ford Explores and Ford Escapes. This problem is all over the Internet. This will be the last Ford I ever buy! Otherwise, Alec did what he could, and I was happy with what they did. More
