Purchase of new vehicle Came in to look for new vehicle to purchase in the future to be able to fit my growing son who is currently 6' 3" tall. He didn't have what I was looking for on their lot, so they checked around and gave me 3 options to choose from of vehicles that would best fit my needs. Once it was found, Joe in Finance helped make sure that the payments were under the monthly amount that I was wanting to pay. Had me in and out in about 2 hours. Rough start but good finish We had some shipment issues and a lack of communication in regards to the problems. After I complained, staff went above and beyond to make it right. We had some shipment issues and a lack of communication in regards to the problems. After I complained, staff went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did we get daily reports, but the manager compensated us for our inconvenience. In the end, we have a wonderful new Escape (which is so fun to drive) and we are very satisfied. More
