Don't trust the quote I recently took my vehicle to Cam Clark for a service - Gordan Kothlow quoted me for a fuel injection service and rear differential service. I estima I recently took my vehicle to Cam Clark for a service - Gordan Kothlow quoted me for a fuel injection service and rear differential service. I estimated and said to Gordan $350ish - he replied south of $400. if we get above $400 we will call you. I specifically said I don't want to walk in and have a more expensive bill. When I went back the next day to pick up my vehicle the bill was $685. we had a few words and he went into the back to work on the price. He came back and looks at me like he is doing me a favour by knocking $100 off. Are we at a local flee market here!! I left feeling ripped off - like they make their Christmas bonus off the extra bull^%$#. Sorry not a happy customer- Go somewhere where you can trust the guy you are dealing with. Its not about the money. if $685 is what it will cost then tell me - let me make the decision. Don't quote me one thing and charge me another. Brutal!! More

Consistent excellent service! As one arrives at this dealership you are greeted at the entrance and walked to the service department and immediately offered a beverage. Wait time to have your car taken in for service is minimal, all being done with efficiency, utmost courtesy and speed. While still at the desk I am always approached to be asked if I am in need of a shuttle ride to wherever I am going. My car has always been ready dead on time ... even when I've asked for it to be earlier than originally planned. The shuttle will pick up and take you back to the dealership. My car is always spotless and a thank you card with small token gift left in the console. An absolutely fantastic experience from start to end. Highly recommended! More

The works maintenance I brought my car for a 1:00pm appointment. I was asked when I would like to pick it and the service advisor suggested 4pm. I thought that was rather long, but I had other things to do. When I returned slightly before 3pm, I began to wait. Just before 4pm I viewed my car still being worked on. I asked Keith I when it would be available. He said they were washing it, etc. I had also asked, twice, if they could change my wipers as I had a new set in the car. This was overlooked and I had to wait the extra time for this to be done in the regular parking lot. I did not leave the dealership until 4:45pm. Also, when I arrived home and viewed my bill, the vehicle report was blank, then I realized it was not even mine, but had someone else's name on it. Therefore that means I did not sign the report. I would like my completed report emailed to me as soon as possible. I will discard the one given to me, under the name of Nasser Monavari(Ford Escape). Furthermore, no one has contacted me today(Nov. 2nd) about this mistake which I find rather disturbing. Please have someone contact me in regards to emailing or better yet, mailing me my completed report card. More
