My current Ford Focus unfortunately is I have dealt with Cam Clark Ford in North Vancouver for many years and found everyone to be very professional. My current Ford Focus unfortunately is one of the models with transmission issues and therefore I am in to see the service team many times throughout the year. With each visit the service team is professional, efficient, and seem genuinely honest in there desire to assist with the problem. The only shame is in Ford Canada’s overall unwillingness to finally deal with the problem and compensate owners effected by these known transmission problems either by way of a buy-back program or further warranty extensions. I am however grateful for the team at Cam Clark North Vancouver for making each visit as good as an experience as they do. More
