Great Service I came in for service on my F150: screw in tire, grinding noise (intermittent and occurred 4 times within 15 min span), and very slight damage to my I came in for service on my F150: screw in tire, grinding noise (intermittent and occurred 4 times within 15 min span), and very slight damage to my tonneau cover (from a person breaking in). I didn't think there was really anything that could be done for the tonneau cover, the Backflip for 6.5' box has one panel section that doesn't lock down so beware that this is a possible entry point, same with the corners nearest the tailgate. The grinding noise didn't occur again so that was difficult to find the reason but Ford checked my brakes and wheels to be safe. Screw was removed and tire was plugged, tires are still in good shape. They have a really cool key lock system for after hours, very easy to use. Arshan was my advisor, he's new and was honest about not knowing all the procedures for warranty but he quickly learned and took very good care of my service. More

Poor service I had to call 6 times and never was never called back about warranty on my mirror. I came to the dealer twice and got pictures taken of my mirror.
