Overall ,an excellent experience. Staff were prompt, concerned. Keith managed a particularly busy shop with calm, caring. He was pleasant ,professional ,efficient. I especially appreciated his attention as I use a walker. Only negative was long wait ,over 45min. , to get shuttle back home. One shuttle left prior with most of customers with only 3 of us left . No extra costs The work done was performed with no cost overages from the original quote. I was kept informed of some delays by Will which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was how long it took to get my car back once I had paid and how it was parked by the lot person. Especially how it was parked. More

Normally and for many years excellent. But current problem. However, my present and continuing experience is PATHETIC. Took my vehicle in with non-functioning horn. Presumably horn, relay or fuse problem. W However, my present and continuing experience is PATHETIC. Took my vehicle in with non-functioning horn. Presumably horn, relay or fuse problem. Was horn. None instock. Next day came again and new horn installed late in day. However metal panel left inside vehicle. Too late to instal so came AGAIN but metal panel lost. One ordered from east. Came again but it was a wrong panel! Another ordered from US. I am waiting to hear it has arrived and make a forth visit! (Just for a replacement horn). More
