I was pleased with the service for my 2015 Escape. Stacy had contacted me a week before, to tell me that it was time and to line up an appointment. All went well, although shortly after leaving the dealersh had contacted me a week before, to tell me that it was time and to line up an appointment. All went well, although shortly after leaving the dealership the car started acting strangely. I returned immediately. The issue was an engine issue outside the regular service work. Stacy had me leave the car and arranged for a short term rental so that technicians could assess the problem, which were covered under my warranty, Two days later, after parts arrived and installed, the Escape ran perfectly, Stacy, I should add, was courteous and professional. I also chatted with Steve Read, with whom I've enjoyed working for several years. Finally I want to point to the technician who came to check the issue upon my return, as at first we thought it might be breaks. He took the car for a spin and discovered the actual problem, whereby Stacy quickly arranged for a car rental and for further service. More

Service experience March 25, 2020 I called the service dept. and made an appointment to get a scheduled service and one minor warranty issue. I received a phone call from Steve describing the work done and set a time to pick up the car.The car was ready on time and very clean with all functions including seat location set as I had left it.I drove the car home and was very pleased with the work done. Cam Clark have given me the best support of any car dealer in the past.When the time comes I will look at replacing this car with another Ford product through Cam Clark Ford. More
