Amazing salespeople, service and body shop departments! Cam Clark Ford, North Vancouver has been the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from in my life.. Every person I talk to there listens and hears and helps me. Going through an accident brought me to this dealership and the Body Shop people were incredible, my car looked new! I met Douglas, who is an incredible salesperson; professional, honest, and fun to work with, while waiting for my car to be washed. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my story about my accident and my fear of driving a car ever again. He suggested I try out an small SUV. He also asked the Manager to come out to give me an estimate of what I would get for my car. I was very surprised, having dealt with less than honest dealerships in my past, that it was very, very fair. Its been 3 years now and I have been going in for routine Service, but today my tire sign went on, it turned out to be a nail, so I drove down to my Dealership. They took my car in, right away, and drove me to Park Royal, then picked me up in about 2 hours. The tire cost only $37.00 to fix! I read many reviews and I love it when I can do one for the most honest, professional, caring, and funny people I have ever met at a car dealership. My 2017 Escape is being cared for so well it will have a great resale value. I am never pressured if I mention I am trading in my 2017 for a Hybrid, and have never been pressured in any way at this incredible dealership. So happy to be with Cam Clark Ford!! (Thank you to all the Management and Staff (especially Douglas) for bringing us into the Ford Family, lol! More

Excellent service and care. I have always had excellent service from Cam Clarke Ford. Because of Covid they have instituted a service whereby they will pick up the car from a c I have always had excellent service from Cam Clarke Ford. Because of Covid they have instituted a service whereby they will pick up the car from a customer's residence and then deliver it back after it has been serviced. I am a senior and have been isolating so I really appreciate this service. Stacey King and her daughter did the pick-up and delivery and they were just wonderful. Many, many thanks to them and to all of the service personnel for their care and caring. They always go that extra mile. p.s. I noted only those people I dealt with on the service call but in the past I have worked with Steve Read and Sarah Megahy and others. They are all great people to work with. More
