Took my Focus RS in for scheduled check up / oil change. All went well. Kevin was great. I removed the fragile under tray at home, as it has been damaged before by technicians - 45 min under the car in All went well. Kevin was great. I removed the fragile under tray at home, as it has been damaged before by technicians - 45 min under the car in the rain. With this tray installed you cannot assess an oil filter leak . . . which I noticed after the service and tightened the filter myself to stop future leaking. Then another 45 in the cold night to reinstall the tray. When Ford wrote the maintenance contract they did not include the correct oil spec, or the spec changed and Ford will not upgrade the contract. So I was still charged the difference. Super expensive maintenance contract and I'd rather do oil changes myself. Got free windshield wipers though! Only eighty seven more sets of wipers and I'll break even. Go figure. More

3rd time I've been in for this item. The car wasn't ready when I was told it was and when I got home I found the new part was not functioning properly and will have to go back again.
