This time around, I will not give 5 stars. I booked online for one day but was told by Ford that they nbeeded to reschedule due to service department not keeping up with online booking. I request a valet, but it was not available for 8am. I was told valet starts at 9am. So, I said I would bike. However it snowed and I got a ride from someone else who had to leave work to collect me. Another however, at the desk, it was insinuated that I was waiting which was wrongly docimented. No big deal, all was fine, but not 5 stars this time around. More

I am very pleased with the service at Ford in Canmore. I have been a customer since 1998. The last service was great. Competitive quote (Mike) on new tires for my truck. Maya coordinated installation alon I have been a customer since 1998. The last service was great. Competitive quote (Mike) on new tires for my truck. Maya coordinated installation along with detailing and valet service. The detailer had his work cut out for him as I don't keep up with it and have several dogs! The detailer did a superb job! ⭐ 1 Star I had a really disappointing experience at Cam Clark Ford Canmore. I had to bring my truck back twice because the work wasn’t done properly the first time. When I returned, Kate at customer se Cam Clark Ford Canmore. I had to bring my truck back twice because the work wasn’t done properly the first time. When I returned, Kate at customer service was rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to find a way to make me pay again, even though it clearly wasn’t my fault. I ended up wasting half a day bringing my truck back, and Kate became frustrated. She told me I could leave without explaining what work had been done or even where my truck was parked. She then said she didn’t have time to serve me properly because she was already 45 minutes late for a meeting. Very poor customer service — I expected much better from Ford More
