We have used Cam Clark Ford for the past 25 years or more and always found their service impeccable. The service performed on this last visit was somewhat slower than usual, but appears that it was done co and always found their service impeccable. Although I indicated a 5 on this service visit, I would say this was a weak five and not the usual top quality service. We experienced a time issue with the visit. My calendar showed 11:30 for our appointment, yet Cam Clark Records showed 10:30. No idea why the difference. More

Called in and dropped off vehicle a week ago. Service ticket dropped off with key with clear instructions and services needed. Follow up phone call from tech to verify work scope was done. Transmission work completed. Service feed back emailed out prior to hearing from anyone, which I thought was strange. Body shop was not notified of work scope when vehicle was dropped off. I had to schedule body shop repair the following Monday and confirmed part was in and the other work scope requirements . Day of pick up nothing was ready. Sat around for 45 minutes while body shop/service desk scrambled to gather paper work and complete work scope. Insane lack of communication and expectations from both departments. Every time I request any sort of work it's a struggle for the service department to find my sales packages for my purchased vehicles. More
