Thanks for the response and that is understandable ... are you able to edit the review to reflect the proper people involved with the situation. Darren has one of our highest customer service ratings at the dealership and is worried / feels bad. Your review also doesn't give a name so not sure who I am speaking with and would like to personally follow up and come up with a plan so this doesn't happen again. Thanks

I am sorry but management has already contacted me about this situation. I was asked to come to them with ways that this can be rectified. However, I am not one to come asking for deals, if anything is to happen it must come from cam Clark Ford. I will also have no dealings with the people mentioned in my review.

Good Day, To the Manager responding to this thread. Thank you for offering your contact information. However, as stated earlier in this thread, I have already discussed this matter with a manager within the branch the results of which have left me unmoved in my opinion of what I can expect from Cam Clark Ford. Further, it so happens that my work has taken me from being able to pursue this matter during business hours for the foreseeable future. As to another order of concern that is clearly laid out below. I do take some unease with the fact that your initial contact to this review has asked and inferred that I reveal my contact information when there is no act in kind . Even giving a phone number, such as you have done, is much more reassuring. Many, if not most, of the reviews that I see on this site are seen as anonymous, and as such I made the review with no intention of revealing any contact information. Then there is the inference that I am somehow trying to mislead the public by making a false statement about the persons involved. A question asking me to "edit the review to reflect the proper people involved", to me is such a huge red flag that does not shed kind light on the morals of the people that you have working at Cam Clark Ford. What this question insinuates about myself is not professional nor even appropriate given the limited contact and information between myself and your PR contact. Additionally, from these words I am only left to assume that Darren does not recall the experience that we had with him, which is troubling in and of itself, and therefore he believes us to be lying about our experience. While there may be a different reality other than my assumptions, I feel that my experience both within the dealership as well as what I have laid out above, is enough for me to say that I have no intention of dealing with another Cam Clark dealership, or responding to anything further on this review. I asked you to untag / edit the people involved because I read your response incorrectly when you put "also I have no dealings with the persons mentioned in this review" when you actually put "I will have no dealings with the persons mentioned in the review" Hence why I asked you to change the review as I misread your response. Anyways the team here at the dealership clearly did something horrible to you and if I had your information I could make sure something was done about it. I am 100% professional and also have one of the highest customer service ratings in Canada and also happen to be one of the top sales persons in Canada as well so I take these kinds of things seriously and actually try to help make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen as our online reputation affects me greatly. Anyways I will try not to take your comments personally as you are clearly mad and have no plans of returning to our dealership. I wish you all the best in your future dealings with future dealerships. Thanks
