Intuitive & Excellent Service Ed was intuitive to our family needs. He found us exactly what we were were looking for. All we had to do was explain our situation. He was even able to ship the color of vehicle we wanted from another dealership in 24 hours. He was helpful with providing us with many options when it came to pricing and was very patient. We asked many questions and had many angles we wanted him to look at. There was no pressure at all and his assistant Brittney took us out on multiple test drives seperalty as our toddler was sleeping in the car. She also showed us how awesome the park assist was. Overall this was an extremely pleasent experience with Ed Wan at Cam Clark Ford. Buying a car is an expensive commitment. Ed and Brittney took the stress out of it. Thanks!!! More

Great Customer Service We have been Dodge / Jeep customers for nearly 30 years. When we unexpectedly discovered we now needed a truck, we had heard that Ford had better towi We have been Dodge / Jeep customers for nearly 30 years. When we unexpectedly discovered we now needed a truck, we had heard that Ford had better towing capacity so decided to try Ford. From nearly the moment I got out of my car at Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie, Ron Down was there. I met him in the parking lot and within minutes he knew what I was looking for and he was showing me the available stock that met my criteria. Since they didn’t currently have exactly what I was looking for, we went to his office and started searching for it. Ron looked for the age, features , mileage and price point that were important to me. He didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. He found our truck at another (out of town) dealership , had it brought in, and we were able to test drive it the very next day. The whole process was smooth, comfortable as well as being highly professional. We knew what we wanted and Ron went above and beyond to make sure we got the very best deal possible. The dealership atmosphere was top notch and everyone was so friendly. I think we may now be Ford people. More
