Thanks Ed as always your pretty darn good you take good care of your customers I Referred my Dad to him and He took real good care of them too,, Still waiting as always your pretty darn good you take good care of your customers I Referred my Dad to him and He took real good care of them too,, Still waiting on the $750 though,, Very Pleased with Ed Nicole in Finance well we had to wait for our car as things weren't dealt with in a timely matter Finance was suppose to pay for the licencing of our car due to the mess up and they didn't and the on the Extended warranty that we purchased the mileage was put in wrong it's about 200 km off which makes a big difference!! we still need to talk to them on that ,, We still need to talk to Ed about a couple of things and to make sure they get straightened out Outside of that we are Very!! Pleased with all the departments there Service is Awesome,, we bring our truck there all the time,, & Ed is an amazing Sales Person,, Thanks again we'll be in touch More

Faulty latch/faulty dealership So, I can’t believe I have to agree with others about the Cam Clarke Ford in Airdrie.......my trunk won’t stay latched, I know a little about cars to So, I can’t believe I have to agree with others about the Cam Clarke Ford in Airdrie.......my trunk won’t stay latched, I know a little about cars to know what it is that is the problem, and Cam Clarke in Airdrie won’t look at it until I pay $190 so they can decide then, and only then if the part that is defective, which I know is the solenoid, is under warranty. The ridiculously expensive extra extended warranty that I paid through the nose for! They apparently don’t have access to a book to check if that part is covered under my warranty......oh right, they do have a book, once I’ve paid the $190 first!😏 My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles with that dealership and this is the customer service/loyalty we get. Well guess what Airdrie Cam Clarke, we will not be purchasing anything else from you. And I will make it my mission to let everybody I know and happen to speak to how horrible your dealership is!😡 More
