Tyler made it possible to get my snow tires on by finding they had been returned to the tire hotel & having them returned to the shop. I do feel that SOMEONE did make an error in retuning them to the "hotel" after I changed my appointment because of weather. There should have been more communication or care when I changed my appointment!! If I had not phoned the morning of my "new" appointment I would have not been able to have them installed after driving to Airdrie. A little care and attention, please. More
