The worst person to deal with, never met a technician that cared less about his clients. Fully denied the thousands of dollars worth of damage they did on my truck. Customer Experience Manager needs training! I am currently working in a remote area north of Fox Creek and was home for a limited time. I booked an appointment to get the heater repaired and 2 I am currently working in a remote area north of Fox Creek and was home for a limited time. I booked an appointment to get the heater repaired and 2 outstanding recalls on my 2017 F-350 truck, making it clear that I needed my truck the following day to return back to work. My appointment was scheduled for 9am on Thursday, so we dropped the truck off early and picked up the rental car. I called my advisor (Chris Jones) around 1pm to inquire on the status of the truck, left a message but didn't heard back from him. We drove back to the dealership around 3:30pm, at which time he told me that they just brought my truck in, suspected that the heater core was working but hadn't diagnosed it yet. I asked why it took so long to get it in the shop, when I needed it the next day...he told me they were too busy. I reiterated that I worked out of town and needed my truck and couldn't afford to get stranded as I work in a remote area, he indicated that everyone has problems! Chris was not empathetic to the situation and told me that needed my truck to the following day to complete the 2 recalls. I cancelled work, left the truck with the expectation that everything would be completed the following day. The next day, I tried to contact Chris to get an update however again a delayed response and had to contact another advisor (Nicole Jackson), she was amazing, very understanding, professional and seemed to care about what was going on. Nicole provided an update and told me that they were missing parts and couldn't complete the recall. 2 hrs later I received a call back from Chris with an update however he wasn't too knowledgeable on what was going on. When I asked Chris what my options were to complete the repairs, he told me that they would be completed sometime late next week. I indicated that this was unacceptable and I would be picking up my truck. The parts department was amazing, they allowed me to purchase the parts for the recall and I made arrangements with Sherwood Ford to complete the repairs and recalls on my truck. I followed up with Sean Bell, General Manager on Saturday and explained the poor service I received , the lack of empathy, errogance and lack of professionalism I received from my advisor/Cam Clark's Customer Experience Manager provided. I would still recommend Cam Clark's Service Department to other, however with the stipulation that you use Nicole Jackson as your advisor! More

Amazing experience Found a car I was interested online and asked a question through the website chat. within 5 minutes Harold called and answered my question. No pressure, just friendly and informative and told me I could come in for a test drive anytime. I went to the dealership a few weeks later and asked for Hal. He wasn't in that day, so Brad stepped in and helped me with the test drive. Again no pressure, very helpful and friendly. The following week, Hal called back as Brad had passed the sale back to him - I was very pleased with this - none of the sale team was trying to steal anyone else's sales, a testament to the low pressure approach here. All other staff made a point to say hello when I came in, very friendly place. Dealt on the car, received a very fair price and they sent it back to the shop to fix up a wheel alignment issue. They actually sent it back three times for me as I wasn't satisfied, and it was never a problem for them. Hal made it clear that he would get it sorted out for me and he did. Entire process was easy, stress free and honest. More

Replace front Hubs & Turbo-charger Nicole advised me right away that due to Christmas break the parts would not be available until January 6 or 7. The truck was repaired by the end of Nicole advised me right away that due to Christmas break the parts would not be available until January 6 or 7. The truck was repaired by the end of that week. The one complaint that I have is that the front hubs were replaced on warranty 3 years ago. The replacement hubs lasted only 3 years as well, so obviously there is a problem with the design of the hubs. I drove my previous F-150 for 13 years with no issues. More
