He was working the 2nd booth. He renewed my faith back in Cam Clark. I wished I had asked him his name. He was great Even washed the car,I will be back to your service department. Service was superb, except they did not fix the problem They fixed a list of warranty/rebate items but did not repair the Auto-start-stop. It's like they did not believe me. After two weeks of driving it ha They fixed a list of warranty/rebate items but did not repair the Auto-start-stop. It's like they did not believe me. After two weeks of driving it has not worked. They said everything checked out, but trust me, it does not work. The manual lists the reasons when the system is enabled, perhaps there is not adequate brake vacuum (I can't check that) or the battery is not within optimal operating conditions (which could be as I drive less now due to working from home). The point is, they send you away saying everything is fine but it does not work when it is delivered to your home. Maybe I have identified the root cause that the service technician was not able to figure out. More
