Worked with me well within my budget and made my financing work for me so I walked away happy, in a new vehicle that fit well into my budget and was fun. Was able to receive and upgraded floor model with lots of little perks! Staff was fast and efficient, bought the car Saturday and picked it up Monday! No stuffy or pushy people... just staff who like jobs and believe in their product! Would recommend! A nice perk on top was I received. $250 gas card from a draw! Nice little gift on top! Excellent work! More

I really appreciated the kindness and personal care Dan, Rena, and Stefan showed me - knowing this was such a big purchase for me, they went out of their way in order to ensure I was understood, totally comfortable, and felt like my needs were met. I had done my homework and knew what I was after, and willing to pay a fair price. Long story short, these guys were slimy and are the reason car salesman have the reputation they do. I worked with Jozef as a sales guy and I will say that of this experience, he was actually very nice and helpful. (I hope he finds work at a better dealer!). But then I started dealing with his sales manager who presented silly numbers and pretended it was the best he could do (I had done my homework!). I found the approach low class. I left, randomly picked another Hyundai dealer (which is probably owned by the same conglomerate anyway), and bought the car for a much better price. I'd stay away from this dealer. I gave this dealer 2 stars instead of 1 as I liked the salesman, despite how the management was. More

Purchased my vehicle here - all went well until I purchased All went well with my purchase - but when the remote car starter turned out to be next to useless they would not accommodate with replacing it and sa All went well with my purchase - but when the remote car starter turned out to be next to useless they would not accommodate with replacing it and said there was nothing they could do . When the vinyl started to turn color - I asked if they could check if I had coverage for that - they told me they couldn't tell me if I had coverage - I needed to bring the car in and they would decide if it was covered or not . The vinyl is black and was fading to blue on the back passenger arm rest , and they said usually if that happens it is because jeans were resting on it !!! They suggested I bring it in from the far NW to Barlow trail dealership where I purchased it - but they couldn't look at it on a weekend either . One option is to drive over there from the Northwest Calgary area in the morning - take a shuttle to work , and then get a shuttle all the way back after work , to find out if I do have coverage or I don't , and to find out if they will repair it . My next option was to take it to a closer dealership - at Crowfoot but last time I was in they said they would have to call my dealership where I purchased it and get back to me . No one ever did . Just for the record - I like the car - it perfect for me outside of the remote , but I will never deal with Hyundai again . Its too bad they don't have the same enthusiasm with . helping you after the purchase as they do when they are wanting to sell a car to you More

This Dealership needs to get it together This dealership needs to get it together. They were completely disorganized and rude when dealing with an OIL CHANGE this morning. I was told that This dealership needs to get it together. They were completely disorganized and rude when dealing with an OIL CHANGE this morning. I was told that I had never been there before (I purchase the vehicle there and have brought it in at least 3 times for service), that my VIP oil changes wasn't ever accepted (um, how have it used it there before then and why do I have a letter confirming the program?) and was passed from Sales to Service multiple times. I haven't been happy with the service here since before I even drove the car off the lot. The reason I was even offered this VIP oil change is because of the poor service I received when I purchased my vehicle in 2015. There was a scratch on the car, my trade in value rate was changed after the initial deal was done and I had to come in to re-do my finance papers multiple times because they kept forgetting things. Just disorganized and simply dishonest. I shouldn't have to deal with internal problems of not keeping track of your paper work or having the information update properly. My boyfriend waited for an HOUR waiting for the managers sort this out between themselves and finally got an answer when he talked to the GM directly. I've dealt with other Hyundia dealership/service departments before - having owned 3 hyundias in my life and this one has been the most disappointing. I will not recommend anyone come here in the future. More
Terrible service, Terrible person to deal with No phone call when car was ready. Price was 2x higher than what was quoted on the phone and oil was charged outside of the service package. Existence was not acknowledged when trying to talk with advisor. Environmental disposal fee of $50 when everything already has environmental fees tagged on? Tried to speak with advisor about the price but she couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. Passed me along to someone else. P.S. My service date was March 9th. Have not heard a word from Calgary Hyundai. Its now April 1st, and this isn't a joke. More
Bad Service Experience We are giving Hyundai a poor rating due to the bad experience we had with taking in one of our vehicles for a safety recall repair. We brought in the We are giving Hyundai a poor rating due to the bad experience we had with taking in one of our vehicles for a safety recall repair. We brought in the vehicle to have the repair done which required the removal of both front tires. They called me when they were finished saying that the threaded lug on the passenger side was stripped and they could not put it back on. With that I would need to pay for parts and labour, a minimum of one hour to put it back on. This would have been stripped when they removed the tire but they would not take responsibility for that. We tried to explain that I had recently replaced the hubs and the lugs were all new. First of all, if they were stripped when I replaced the hubs they would not have been able to put them back on at that time. We also called my mechanic about this and he said they would never have put on stripped lugs! Now I have to take my vehicle to my mechanic which is my lost time and pay my mechanic to replace this because Hyundai would not take responsibility for it. We asked to speak to a manager and were told they were all in a meeting! Do customers not come first? To top it off the manager would not help and was very rude and said well the vehicle is almost 12 years old and kept stating that. That is not the point! Are we to expect a different level of service because the vehicle is older? He also said the wheels have never come off before! That is not true at all and he doesn't know what he is talking about. We already told them my hubs were recently replaced. Then he said well you have never brought the vehicle in here before. So what does that mean??? Yes the vehicle is getting older and when the time does come to get a new one WE WILL NOT BE BUYING IT FROM HYUNDAI! More
