Unfortunately bought new from this dealer Unfortunately I invested in a brand new top of the line civic with Honda Calgary and it was one of the worst mistakes. I found that the speaker syste Unfortunately I invested in a brand new top of the line civic with Honda Calgary and it was one of the worst mistakes. I found that the speaker system(one of the main reasons I invested in the highest end) was defective. Looking online I saw that this was a problem with this entire line. instead of fixing the problem they denied it, calling the rattling in the speakers “bass distortion” even though there are thousands of complaints online. I believe they are doing this because they know they will have to replace every defective ststem(all of them). I also have free oil changes with my purchase and when I went in to have my free oil change they told me it was necessary to get the service work done with it because, “we have to make our money somehow.” My next new vehicle will certainly not be a Honda because of my bad experience and every person I’ve ever spoken to about my car knows not to purchase from Calgary Honda. More
