Worst car buying experience of my life To start none of the used cars were open and priced for convenience. When we wanted to go on a test drive the salesman whanted to come along. During negotiation on the car there was lying and double talk. The price of the car would go down but they just left out the price of certain options that would be added later. Very stressful unpleasant gave us no info on using options on the car they never gave us our paperwork before we left. The next day I call the service department to get info on serviceing the car the man that awnserd the phone could not awser my question told me so one call me back never did. More

Poor Customer Service. Wasted Customers Time. AGAIN! Drop vehicle off for recall service. Find out an hour later that they do not have parts in stock. This is fine. It happens. I call twice to confirm that parts will be in stock. Told Yes. Go in on the morning of the service and drop van off. Told that I would wait for the next 2 hours. Asked again. Parts are in to do service. Yes! Great! After 1:15minutes they bring van in(also doing tire repair). They call me after 2 hours to say vans ready. Told they would need to reschedule the recall work as parts are not in stock. They blamed the parts dept. This is the second time a recall had me going back for more then one appointment. Even after I call and ask 3 times to make sure parts are in stock so my time is not wasted. What is worse is I placed a complaint asking to speak to the operations manager and nobody calls back. More
