Horrible service I needed a new key fob. They told me they had it in stock. 175 for the key and 30 to program it. I towed my car there like they told me. When I got th I needed a new key fob. They told me they had it in stock. 175 for the key and 30 to program it. I towed my car there like they told me. When I got there nobody would help me. I dropped my car off in the back and went to buy the key. Not in stock. Took a cab to Jack Carter and back (with I payed for) and when I got back they said they were closed. "Come back tomorrow". Now they're charging me $155 to program the key not 30-40 like they quoted me. Never going there again. More
Worst Service Ever Experienced Agreed to leave my vehicle for the day to have a diagnostic reading due to a check engine light on. We all know that a diagnostic reading takes minut Agreed to leave my vehicle for the day to have a diagnostic reading due to a check engine light on. We all know that a diagnostic reading takes minutes to complete. The service adviser said he would call me to inform me of the diagnostic results. Did not hear from this service adviser by late afternoon, so decided to call him. He at that time informed me that my vehicle would not even be looked at that day after leaving it the entire day for a simple diagnostic reading. So my question to him was why did I book an appointment to have it looked at if they could not provide the service. His response was you can leave it tomorrow? So, I said yes, but can you guarantee me it will be looked at? His response was no. Seriously! I continued to say "so you want me to leave my vehicle for yet another entire day but you still cannot guarantee me that it will be looked at again? Why would I do that!!! Absolutely unacceptable. This was my first and absolute last visit to this dealership. I spoke to the Service Manager regarding this poor service, and all he could say was, I apologize, and yet he himself could not even guarantee my vehicle could get serviced in a second full day! Seriously people, there was no labour involved just a diagnostic reading!!! Ridiculous! And to top it all off, I called for shuttle service at 3pm to ensure they could pick me up by 5pm and guess what, the lady actually advised me to find another ride due to the fact they could not guarantee a pick up. By now I was convinced this dealership is an absolute joke, really!, Why do you have shuttle service if you cannot provide this service! Would not recommend CMP GM dealership if my life depended on it! Ready to buy a new vehicle, most likely the Escalade, but will 100% buy from any other dealership but CMP! More
New car purchase I will NEVER deal with CMP again I will not even have an oil change done there. I have been a customer for 12 years and have bought 4 cars there. The I will NEVER deal with CMP again I will not even have an oil change done there. I have been a customer for 12 years and have bought 4 cars there. They sold me a 31,000.00 car but in the paperwork made it a 49,000.00 car and after 4 years of payments I will have another 4 years of payments as they tacked on another 20,000.00 I didnt even know about and how they did it I'll never know. They are sneaky and disgusting. Now the service from the service department well went in Thursday night at 6 for an appt Friday for a recall on airbags and seatbelt and oil change well received a phone call Friday they were to busy to do the recalls but they got my oil changed and advised me to come pick up my vehicle with the air bag light on by the way and make another appt. . After a lot of getting angry they offered a rental till it was fixed as GM advised me not to drive it especially with kids in the car. Extremely unhappy More
service provider I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the dr I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I payed for wiper blades replacement, for new ones, installed, and the first impression was that the driver side wiper was streaking in the first use, and then when I turned around the corner as I left the dealership the rear wiper just fell off by itself. I would never recommend services at cmp auto. Bad experience and the most expensive wiper blades I have ever bought for a car. More

How many m 4 times my $65.000 truck has gone in for same problem. Promised problem has been repaired. 2 kms the lights came back on for my DEF fluids. How many mornings do I waist for CMP. How many times must I return this truck for warranty repairs for same problem. At what point do I get compensation for all my time and fuel. Do I continue to shop GM? More
STAY AWAY Stay far away. Brought my vehicle in for a recall on the ignition, and while fixing the ignition they somehow managed to break a piece of the ignition Stay far away. Brought my vehicle in for a recall on the ignition, and while fixing the ignition they somehow managed to break a piece of the ignition that recognized when the key is in/out. Now, when I take my key out of the ignition it chimes as if I was leaving the keys in. Not a safety hazard, but annoying nonetheless. I find it ironic that this happened after they were playing around in the ignition. Never have they admitted fault, and they won't. They kept my car for over 48 hours to "fix" the problem they created, and they never ended up fixing it. They phoned me and told me they had fixed it, and then when I went to pick it up (for a second time) it was worse than the day before! Then when they priced out the part (that I would have to pay for), they realized that part is on national back order and I wouldn't even be able to get it fixed, even if I wanted to. Thanks CMP for breaking a piece that I can't even replace. So when I asked what I was supposed to do, I was told I should "live with it" and "deal with it". Excuse me!? That is not how I dropped my vehicle off and that is not how I wanted to take it home. A few days later I then got an e-mail asking how their service was, I promptly replied to tell them. Still not response in regards to that e-mail. Then today, another service manager phoned me (unrelated to the e-mail I had sent) to tell me, again (even though it was two weeks ago) that it was not their fault, and that I have to pay to fix it and that the part is still unavailable. I did not need that phone call and it just got me all rustled up again. I told them to remove me from their e-mail/call list as I did not want them phoning me with unnecessary "updates". I don't have the money to fix the part, so I don't need them to be calling me to tell them about the availability of it. If/when I chose to fix the part that they broke, I will be contacting another dealership as I refuse to deal with CMP ever again. The fact that they think it is okay to not admit fault, and then try to get me to pay them to fix the part they broke is unsettling and I wish that people would chose to do their business elsewhere.
